My family!
I am going to start this blog off fresh and I am going to walk you through this year.
I met TJ on December 30, 2012 at his sister's house. I went over there to see my friend Heather and to secretly meet him. When I got there he was outside building a hog pen to try to house some piggies up in. Well he comes inside and I was like hey he is a cutie, didn't think another thing of it. We all decide to go bowling that night and needless to say I looked like poo!! Seriously, my hair was greasy, pulled up in a pony tail, no makeup or anything on so I didn't think he even noticed me. Well on our way to go bowling, I get a text from Heather that her boyfriend DJ (TJ's brother) sent her saying he wanted my phone number and I was NOT having it. I told her he could add me on facebook first, needless to say he did. We started talking and hanging out. I knew from our first actual conversations that I was going to marry him. We would talk literally all day long about what our goals and ambitions were and what we wanted from a relationship.
On January 8, 2013, we took the plunge and decided to make our relationship official. We had a date that following Thursday the 10th at Las Fajitas because Mexican is our favorite food and that is when I told him I loved him and of course he told me he loved me too. We had a rough couple of weeks when we first got together, but I knew I loved him and I wasn't going to give up and we stuck it out and weathered the storm and I am so glad we did because on February 12th, we got ENGAGED!!! It was literally the 2nd most happy day of my life and my 3rd most happy day was when we moved into our first home. Now it isn't a home it is an apartment, but to us it is home. We love it there.
So now we are in March coming up on the end of it and we haven't set a date to get married yet. We don't want anything fancy right now, we just want to be married and worry about having a wedding later.
